Cosy home in professional WG in central location Gemütliches Zuhause in Berufstätigen WG in zentraler Lage

Hello together,

I am Lenard – professional (department manager in a DeepTech company), open-minded, sporty and always happy to travel. From October or November (I can also move in earlier times, as I am flexible) I am looking for an unlimited WG room in a central location in Munich (Maxvorstadt, Schwabing, Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt), in which you pay not only rent, but also share a piece of everyday life. I am looking forward to a WG where you can meet a tea/coffee in the kitchen or make sports together, but also have the necessary room for yourself.

I am non-smoker, vegetarian, animal-free, play no instruments and love especially outdoor activities – whether trail running, cycling, salsa at the Pinakotheken or boulders. Professionally, I'm well-trained, so I'm particularly important for an attentive, relaxed approach and a well-maintained home. In the WG I am someone who likes to help, cleanse and take care.

ich bin Lenard – berufstätig (Abteilungsleiter in einem DeepTech Unternehmen), weltoffen, sportlich und immer gerne unterwegs. Ab Oktober oder November (ich kann aber auch schon früher einziehen, da bin ich flexibel) suche ich ein unbefristetes WG-Zimmer in zentraler Lage in München(Maxvorstadt, Schwabing, Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt), in dem man nicht nur Miete zahlt, sondern auch ein Stück Alltag teilt. Ich freue mich über eine WG, in der man sich gerne in der Küche auf einen Tee/Kaffee trifft oder zusammen Sport macht, aber auch den nötigen Raum für sich selbst hat.

Ich bin Nichtraucher, vegetarisch unterwegs, tierfrei, spiele keine Instrumente und liebe vor allem Outdoor-Aktivitäten – ob Trailrunning, Radfahren, Salsa an den Pinakotheken oder Bouldern. Beruflich bin ich gut eingespannt, daher ist mir ein achtsamer, entspannter Umgang und ein gepflegtes Zuhause besonders wichtig. In der WG bin ich jemand, der gerne mithilft, aufräumt und Rücksicht nimmt.
