I'm looking for a room in a residential community or a house in Munich. My stay will last a year (from 1 October), but I can also rent it for a shorter period, depending on availability. My budget is about 700 euros. I prefer a central location near the Munich Old Town, but also about 25 minutes by bike or 30-40 minutes by public transport to Marienplatz.

I am a quiet person, neat and keep my room and the common rooms always clean. I'm looking for respectful and friendly roommates.

My interests include museum visits, outdoor activities (walking, jogging, camping), classical concerts, reading poems and going to cinema.

Ich suche ein Zimmer in einer Wohngemeinschaft oder einem Haus in München. Mein Aufenthalt wird ein Jahr dauern (ab 1. Oktober), aber ich kann es auch für einen kürzeren Zeitraum mieten, je nach Verfügbarkeit. Mein Budget liegt bei etwa 700 Euro. Ich bevorzuge eine zentrale Lage in der Nähe der Münchner Altstadt, aber auch etwa 25 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder 30-40 Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zum Marienplatz.

Ich bin eine ruhige Person, ordentlich und halte mein Zimmer und die Gemeinschaftsräume immer sauber. Ich suche respektvolle und freundliche Mitbewohner.

Zu meinen Interessen zählen Museumsbesuche, Outdoor-Aktivitäten (Wandern, Joggen, Camping), klassische Konzerte, Gedichte lesen und ins Kino gehen.
