Accommodation required for single male student (Indian)at TUM

I have been selected to TUM's Master of Science course in Power Engineering for Winter Semester 2016. I seek a shared accommodation for a period of 6 months. I will be arriving in Munich on October 5, 2016. I prefer a furnished accommodation with easy transport access for traveling. I am ready to pay Euro 350 - 375 per month as the room rent. All other terms can be discussed and negotiated when I meet in person.

Personal Details:

My age is 27 years. I am the son of a retired fighter pilot with Indian Air Force. I have a disciplined and organized approach which comes with my upbringing. I have a bit of an obsession staying clean and maintaining an ordered surrounding for living. I like to read and listen to music in my spare time. I don't drink or smoke. I believe in being direct and forward in my communication.

Professional and Academic Details:

I completed my undergraduate studies in Power Engineering in 2011 from National Power Training Institute. I was the gold medal winner of my batch in engineering for my highest CGPA. Between Aug 2011 and Feb 2016, I was employed by Thermax, an Indian energy and environment MNC. I worked in the capacity of a Sales and Marketing Senior Executive at the time of my resignation. I have represented my company's business division of Power Plant contracting not only in India but also abroad. To further my learning in new technologies in Power and Energy, I have chosen to follow TUM's program of the same name.

Other information:

I have completed till B1 in German Language courses by Goethe Institut, Pune.
I have immense respect and admiration for the German culture, engineering and ingenuity. I would like my two years in Germany to be enlightening and rich in experience. I assure to be a humble representative of my country of origin.
