1 zimmer wohnung oder WG gesucht ab 01.10 gesucht

Hello to all,
I am a 24 year old Italian student coming from Turin to Munich (from 2nd of October untill the start of February) for an erasmus exchange programme. I will be studying at LMU business department. I am unfortunantly still searching for a place to stay, but without success. I whats ould like to stai in a 1 room flat, in a wg (with other students) or also in a normale flatshare without any problems, and my budget is 700 euros. Since i will study at LMU, the districts I would like to find the accomodation in are: Maxvorstadt, Altstad-lehel, Au-Haidhausen, Bogenhausen, Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt, Schwabing-West or Schwanthalerhöhe-Laim. I am a very calm person with the aim of having good results in these 5 months of exchange in this prestigous University, so I will pass the most of my time studying and focusing on that. Of course if i live in a wg with other students, i sure know how to have fun and love to have some, I love to play sports, and just hang around or see new places, and I'm a very social person. I have a good financial stability due to my father as my guarantor, so the payments or all the financial issues are not a problem. I speak Very good Italian, Very good English, Very good Portuguese, and good Spanish but unfortunantly no German yet.
