Looking for room or flat in Munich

Hello, I am a Brazilian Master's student in English Studies at LMU, 31 years old, and I need a room in Munich as soon as possible. I could not pay more than 400 per month, as I only work part time and my income is not high. It is better if it's long term, but I could also rent short term until I find another place.

I also have a friend looking for a room, so another option would be a 2 bedrooms flat (or 3 bedrooms, because I have another friend who could join us) that we could rent together.

I am a very calm and easy going person, I like pets and do not smoke. I enjoy spending some time together but I also need my moments of solitude. I am very respectful of other people's privacy and individuality, so I would like to live with someone respectful as well.
