- no big room needed; a bed, closet and a table to study on is enough
- clean housemates
- a friendly environment
- housemates around the age of 20 - 35 y/o
- some of the same interests I have
- close to public transport
- preferably in a safe neighbouhood
- Between my school in Pasing (Am Stadtpark 20) and Munich would be ideal!
