More information about me

As I am soon to start a job in Munich, it follows that I am now on the hunt for an awesome flat share where I can call home. Additionally, I have applied for a Master at TUM which I hope to start in October.

Overall, I am an uncomplicated and sociable person. I have a good sense of cleanliness, to the extent that I have had several student jobs cleaning other people’s houses. Hobbies of mine include cooking, baking, playing piano, reading, taking long walks and a whole range of other things. Plants are also important, and I love having my room and living space surrounded by a living lush green. Finally, I’m also a little bit of a beer geek, which makes moving to Munich that little bit more exciting! 😉

Although the physical flat itself is of course important, what I am particularly interested in is the people that I’ll be living with. I have hopes of finding a relaxed and open small community to contribute to and grow in as I transition to my new life in Munich.

Ideally, I would be finding a flat from the 1st of June, however for the right set-up I am also happy to sign a lease for a little earlier to help make moving to Munich that little be easier.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!

Warmest regards,
Katrina
P.s. I am also learning German, I can already understand a lot and follow basic conversations. Within a few months I'm sure that I'll have a reasonable capability to function in German. Until then though I have a rather cute, yet understandable kiwi accent in English ;)
