Ihr neuer Mitbewohner

Hello, I am Shahzad(go by ‘’Sha’’) from Pakistan.I moved to Germany in 2019, and since then living in Nordhausen, Thuringia. I am 24 years old and will move to Munich around 1 October to continue my study in Sustainable Resource Management at TUM. . I am looking for long term (around 1.5 year) accomodation.



About me:

Well, in this part, I will talk about how much fun and cool I am.
So I’ll start with giving out random information’s. My current living mates agreed on giving me the title of ‘’Fahrradständer’’ of the house, the one who is there for you whenever you need a bit a break or support, quite cute, isn’t it.
Further, I am not good at complimenting myself unless I turn it into sarcasm and contrary to what my friends say, I think so I am quite interesting to be around. After spending a long year of quarantine with my house mates, I am bit sad of moving out but also looking forward to have a new beginning and sharing a lot of laughter.

Why you need me

1. You know that one friend, who waits for you so you can tie your shoes on a hike, water your room plants when you are not around, save a piece of cake when you are late to dinner, you got the idea. Well I am that housemate.
2. Picking up clothes when its raining outside: Well you all must have heard the story that I put my clothes out to dry and it started raining. Well, well well not on my watch, speaking about my superpowers, I have a knack for predicting the rain correctly using a preinstalled application in my handy.

Awareness and Current Accomodation :

Currently i am living with a community involved in climate activism which go by the name ''Green Island'' , so all together we help in compaiging for climate change awareness and organic farming. i have attached the facebook link so you can have the idea

Since last 7 years I have been living in a shared living apartments , I am completely aware of what's look like living in a shared house.I am extremely respectful of others’ privacy and have always had a good relationship with my previous housemates. Although I enjoy socializing, I like my home to be a peaceful place. So, I am sure I will get along with my future housemates in Munich.
As your possible homemate, I am aware that I will need to:
• pay the full rent on time, ( I can prove my financial condition via bank account statement)
• not unreasonably disturb others,(As mentioned before, I am very open-minded and respectful )
• care for property
• shoulder my responsibility for household chores


Hygiene and Animals :

I have already got two jabs of vaccination, regularly take the Covid test and obey all distance and hygiene rules.
I like animals so It suits me if there is a pet

Language: I primarily speak English and along with a little German.

Activities:

My favorite sport is having a beer in the garden/terrace (literally anywhere) after a long hard day.
Apart from that I’m into ‘’Climate Politics’’ considering it is a part of my study too. So a lot of my interests and activities revolves around keeping the environment safe and would be so so ideal to have people in the house who share the same concern .

I am very excited about moving to Munich and meeting people. While exploring a new culture, language and environment, I tend to make acquaintances like family that will last long years :)
