University student looking for accommodation, starting immediately

My Name is Apurva. I am 23 years old, male. I am a masters student at TUM and study aerospace engineering. I currently live in Neuaubing. I am looking for flatshare/WG for minimum 6 months and maximum can be extended to long-term if possible. I can start rent-period immediately and I am quite flexible with the move-in date.

I expect the room to have at least the basic furniture like bed, study/work table, a cupboard or wardrobe to keep some stuff. Importantly, I would require internet access. The apartment must have all the usual amenities like kitchen, bathroom etc. The location is not an issue but it would be preferable if its closer to public transport stations.

My maximum budget including all the utilities electricity, water heating, internet etc is 600 EUR per month. I can do a contract with sub-letter or house owner. I would also need the documents related to KVR since I would have to stay longer than 6 months. I would have to come and see the room before we can proceed. We can fix a viewing appointment at your convenience.
