I am a Software Engineer, and I am moving to Munich to start my new full-time job as a Web Developer. I am hoping to move in on the 1st of Novermber

I am looking for a studio/1 room apartment preferably under 850k eur/m fully furnished or not with heating and all bills (whether part of the rent or paid separately) (or shared with a private room but cheaper).

I have seen your Appartement and it seems perfect for me so this is a little bit about myself,

I am a single, non-smoker, and generally quiet, and I am committed to being a respectful, reliable tenant and a good neighbor, who will pay his rent on time, and care for the property.
