The 1,5 room is located in the actic. A bedroom as seen in the pictures and a small room which is currently set up as a home office.
The apartment has a garden, a living room and a balcony which are shared
The location is in a quiet residential area, supermarkets are less than 5 minutes away and a very nice park is also about 5 minutes away all by walking. 2 bus stations pilsenseestrasse and grünstrasse are also about 5 minutes away. Nice restuarants and spots are also in close proximity to the house.
The flatshare has 2 other residents, one a student at TUM and the other a full time employer. We enjoy cooking together, playing basketball or badmintion together. The garden is where we also have barbecues and share a beer or two
The room has furniture that should be taken over (bed and mattress in the bedroom, the floating shelves and table in the office.. chair in the office not included), and the house has amenities such as refrigerators and washing machine which we equally contributed to buy. This would also be taken over by the new tenant. All these are included in the price of €550.
