U-Bahn Station U4 und U5 sind direkt vor der Tür.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgesttatet (TV, Küchengeräte, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine im Keller), zum Hinterhof gibt es einen grünen Balkon.

Zur Lage:
Die Lage ist hervorragend. Restaurants, Bars, Park, Supermärkte sind alle nebenan. Die U-Bahn ist 20 Sekunden entfernt.
Zum Wg-Leben:
Ich bin sehr ordentlich und verantwortungsbewusst. Tagsüber arbeite ich, abends kann man ab und zu etwas unternehmen wie zusammen kochen oder einen Film anschauen.
Ein angenehmes Zusammenleben ist mir wichtig, dass jeder sein eigenes Leben hat ist für mich aber normal. Ich bin in vielen Dingen sehr locker.
Ordnung und Sauberkeit hat aber eine hohe Priorität.
