Hello,
I (M, 23) am searching for a new roomate since september 2023 for long term as my current roomate is leaving her room and her furniture behind.
It is an old renovated house, with more nebenkosten during the winter (around 200 is my estimate).
Size is around 3x4m with its own kitchen. Room is smaller than it looks on pictures, but around 12m^2. We share a corridor, toilet and bathroom, which we take turns cleaning.
Furniture is "girly" so a girl is preferred but not mandatory. I am very clean and expect you to be as well. :)
Fast wifi, no parking.
Centre of munich, right next to Isartor Sbahn (1min), Lidl 2 minutes away, Marienplatz 10 min on foot. Around 30 min to Garching campus.
About me:
I have a separate room, with my own kitchen. I am a 23yo slovenian student (see picture attached) and i am doing my masters at TUM (DEA). I like sports, swimming in EG, cooking and go to the gym regularly. I come from Slovenia and have lived in a student dorm before on my exchange.
Preferably you speak some german, because I don't much. You would get to meet my landlords who are a lovely german couple.
No smoking or pets are allowed. If you are a student it’s a big +.
Finance:
1 cold rent of deposit + money for (new) furniture (500).
Rent is 430 cold + 200 nebenkosten monthly.
