We are looking for a woman flatmate for our 3-room WG. The room will be available from 1st of November to beginning of January. Dates are flexible, if you need small adjustments.
The room is 20m2 and has a big balcony. There is everything you need in the room and the flat (wifi, dedicated work space, 140 cm bed, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.).
The flat is on the 1st floor and our neighbours are quiet and friendly.
The neighborhood is safe and there is everything you need nearby: stores, pharmacy, parks, etc.
Nearest transportation is the bus 145 directly in front of the building. Giesing Bahnhof (for U2, U7, U8) is 7 mins by walk.
You will live with two woman in the flat. One is working and the other one is studying. I am subletting my room because I won’t be in Munich for some time.
We are respectful to each others’ lives and we have a good energy in the flat. We like spending time at home. We are careful about not to disturb anyone in terms of noise or cleaning topics.
