Hello, i am visiting my family out of Germany and would like to rent my room in a 2-Person apartment for a duration of 3 weeks. It’s a perfect opportunity for people who want to visit Oktoberfest.
The apartment is situated in a very central location. U-Bahn Rotkreuzplatz is just 5Min by foot, it takes 12Min to walk to Donnersbergerstr Tramststion. You can walk further 3-4 minutes to reach S-Bahn Station Donnersbergerbrücke. Oktoberfest(Theresienwiese is 25 Minutes away by Ubahn)
The other person living in the apartment is a very quiet and cooperative. Theres a shared kitchen and a washroom. The whole apartment including kitchen is furnished, which means you dont have to bring anything with you. Norma, PENNY, DM, REWE and EDEKA are under 5-7 Minutes away from the apartment.
You can visit the apartment in person after 6pm or during the days on the weekends. The rent for the duration of 3 Weeks would be 500€ + 200€ Kaution money. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Hallo, ich besuche meine Famile im Ausland deswegen will ich mein Zimmer für drei Wochen untermieten. Es geht um ein 15quadratmeter Zimmer in einer 2er Wohnung. Es kann für die Oktoberfestbesucher eine ideale Option fürs Unterkunft sein.
Die Lage befindet sich in der nähe von U-Bahn Haltestelle Rotkreuzplatz(5Min zu fuß), 12Min weit von Tramlinie 16,17. NORMA, PENNY, REWE, EDEKA und DM sind unter 5-7Min von der Wohnung entfernt. Oktoberfest(Theresienwiese) ist unter 30Min mit der Ubahn erreichbar.
Die Wohnung kann nach 18Uhr im Werktage oder 11-20Uhr am Wochenende besichtigt werden. Die Miete für die gesamte Mietdauer beträgt 500€ + 200€ Kaution. Falls es Fragen gibt, einfach PN.
