Das Haus liegt in Fürstenried West, ganz am Stadtrand. Wir sind ca. 2 Gehminuten vom wunderschönen Forstenrieder Park entfernt.
Es gibt einen Vollkorner ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß und einen REWE und Penny direkt an der U-Bahnhaltestelle (U3), die so 8 Minuten zu Fuß oder 3 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt liegt.
Mit der U3 ist man in 15 Minuten Fahrtzeit am Sendlinger Tor, die Anbindung ans Zentrum ist also echt gut 🌻

Mit Bussen ist man außerdem in ca. 30 Minuten an den umliegenden Seen und die Autobahn in die Berge ist auch direkt vor der Tür.

The house is located in Fürstenried West, on the outskirts of the city. We are therefore about a 2-minute walk from the beautiful Forstenrieder Park.
There is a Vollkorner about 5 minutes walk and a REWE and Penny directly at the underground station (U3), which is about 8 minutes walk or 3 minutes hy bike away.
The U3 takes you to Sendlinger Tor within 15 Minutes, so even though the house is not very central, Munich is still right in front of the door and easily accessible 🌻

Buses also take you to the surrounding lakes in about 30 minutes and the highway to the mountains is also right outside the door.

Mit dir im Haus wohnen würden

Sabrina, 31, hat die WG Ende letzen Jahres gegründet, ist Berufsschullehrerin, klettert sehr gern und ist am Wochenende oft in den Bergen unterwegs. Außerdem hat sie eine Schwäche für Süßes und veganes Essen, ist super gern handwerklich aktiv und unser Organisationstalent.
Cass, 27, ist aus den USA und hat die letzten 9 Jahre in Singapur studiert und gearbeitet. Sie klettert und bouldert ebenfalls sehr gern und arbeitet in der Kletterhalle Thalkirchen. Sie lernt super gern Sprachen (gerade Nepali) und strickt wirklich crazy Sachen. Cass und ich Franzi, 27, studieren gemeinsam im Master "Environment and Society". Ich arbeite Teilzeit bei uns am Institut (Rachel Carson Center). Ich tanze wahnsinnig gern, koche am Liebsten mit dem was grad so da ist und entdecke gerade das Wildkräutersammeln für mich. Mir ist außerdem politischer Aktivismus immer wichtiger, v.a zu Umwelt, Queeren Themen und globaler Gerechtigkeit.

Wir alle teilen die Liebe für gutes Essen, kochen richtig gern für- und miteinander. Die Atmosphäre im Haus würde ich als freundschaftlich, warm, unterstützend und entspannt bezeichnen. Wir sind außerdem öfter gemeinsam kreativ, sei es Kissen fürs Sofa nähen, ein Hochbeet bauen, gefundenen Ton aufbereiten und bei einem Film & Tee damit vor uns hin zu arbeiten...

Wir haben uns bewusst dazu entschieden, gemeinschaftlich zusammen zu leben.
Das bedeutet vor allem, dass wir es schön finden, sich gegenseitig im Blick zu haben und zum Beispiel für die anderen mitzukochen, wenn man eh grad was macht.
Außerdem teilen wir uns alle Einkäufe (wenn jemand einkauft, wird das in eine App eingetragen und alle dürfen dann alles benutzen / essen. Wenn ein großes finanzielles Ungleichgewicht entsteht, gleichen wir es aus). Bisher habe ich den Eindruck, dass das sehr viel günstiger ist, als wenn jeder für sich selbst einkauft & es ist eben auch immer was leckers zuessen da und man muss nicht überlegen wem jetzt was gehört. Für uns wäre es am einfachsten, wenn das System für dich in Ordnung wäre. 💎

Was andere Systeme im Haus angeht (Putzen, Müll weg bringen, etc.) experimentieren wir gerade noch mit Möglichkeiten. Falls du hier Erfahrung und Ideen hast, sind wir dafür super offen. Das wichtigste ist uns, dass wir ein System finden, dass alle Bedürfnisse erfüllt & sich für alle gut und machbar anfühlt.

Da wir noch nicht so lange im Haus wohnen, gibts es noch die ein oder andere Ecke, die noch nicht perfekt ist. Das sind aber mittlerweile eher kleine "Schönheitsmakel" (e.g. ne Verkleidung einer Wand in der Küche; alte Regale aus denen wir noch was bauen wollen auf der Terasse, die ein oder andere Lampe möchte noch aufgehangen werden...). Alles was man so für den Alltag braucht, funktioniert aber 🦦

Sabrina, 31, founded the flat share at the end of last year, is a vocational school teacher, loves climbing and is often out and about in the mountains at the weekend. She has a weakness for sweets and healthy vegan food, is learning guitarre at the moment and every now and then joins an estatic dance session. She loves doing handicrafts and is our organizational talent.
Cass, 27, is from the USA and has spent the last 9 years studying and working in Singapore. She loves climbing and bouldering and works at the climbing gym in Thalkirchen. She spents much of her time learning languages (currently Nepali) and knits really crazy things. She's definitly too humble to acknowledge that, but during her time in Southeast Asia, she learnt to cook exceptional food.
Cass and I (Franzi, 27) are studying together for a Master's degree in Environment and Society. I work part-time at our institute (Rachel Carson Center). I love to dance, I love to cook with whatever is available and I'm currently discovering foraging and all the crazy things you can do with edible & medicinal herbs. Political activism is increasingly important to me, especially when it comes to the environment, queer issues and global justice.

Our shared love language in the house is good food and quality time on our huge couch, chatting and / or being creative together, whether it's sewing cushions for the sofa, building a raised bed for veggies in the garden, processing found clay and working with it over a movie and tea... The atmosphere in the house is definitly warm, chill and supportive / appreciative.

We have made a conscious decision to live together as a community.
Above all, this means that we enjoy keeping an eye on each other and, for example, cooking for each other when we're preparing something anyway.
We also share all the shopping (when someone goes shopping, this is entered in an app and everyone can then use / eat everything. If there is a big financial imbalance, we even it out). So far, I have the impression that this is much cheaper than if everyone buys for themselves & there is always something tasty to eat and you don't have to think about who owns what. It would be easiest for us (+highly appreciated 💎) if the system works for you.

As far as other systems in the house are concerned (cleaning, taking out the garbage, etc.), we are still experimenting with possibilities. If you have any experience and ideas, we are very open to them. The most important thing for us is to find a system that meets everyone's needs and at the same time feels good and feasible for everyone.

As we haven't lived in the house for that long, there are still one or two corners that aren't perfect yet. In the meantime, however, these are more decorative projects (e.g. paneling on a wall in the kitchen; old shelves that we still want to build something from on the terrace, one or two lamps still need to be hung up...). But everything you need for everyday life works 🦦

Wir würden uns vor allem über Nachrichten freuen, die zumindest kurz darauf eingehen, ob unser "gemeinschaftliches" Wg-Leben für euch passen. Falls wir da übereinstimmen, ist das sicher für alle am einfachsten und wir würden dich auf jeden Fall bevorzugen. Wir können uns auch gut vorstellen, dass ein Paar einzieht, da das Zimmer echt riesig ist.

Ansonsten schreib uns gern ein paar Worte zu dir. Uns ist vor allem wichtig, dass wir ein gutes Gefühl miteinander haben. Alles andere lässt sich sicher regeln 🧚🏻‍♀️

Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel zwischen 01.06. und 15.07. Je früher, desto besser.

Above all, we would be happy to receive messages that at least briefly address whether our "communal" flat-sharing life would suit you. If we agree, it's certainly the easiest for everyone and we would definitely prioritize you. We can definitly imagine for a couple to move in, as the available room is huge.

Otherwise, please write us a few words about yourself. The most important thing for us is that we have a good feeling with each other. Everything else can certainly be sorted out 🧚🏻‍♀️

The move-in date is flexible between 01st of June and 15th of July, the earlier the better.
