Hey there! Finding a place in Munich is a massive pain, I’ve been there as well, so maybe I can help you out. I am looking for someone who wants to stay flexible and only stay for a few weeks/months or long-term, both is fine!
The room: it is around 14sqm and has a big closet. Unfortunately, this is the only piece of furniture in there since the bed and the desk/chair you see in the photos will be moved to the other room. I do have two mattresses that could be stacked on top of each other as an alternative temporary „bed solution“ in case you’re comfortable with that.
One more thing I want to mention is that the rooms have sliding doors so they’re not really soundproof if that‘s a deal breaker for you! Other than that, if you have questions just reach out 🙂!
Less than 5 mins to U2 Theresienstraße and tram / less than 10 mins walking to Pinakotheken. The location is pretty neat with supermarkets and falafel places close by, a great yoga studio at the other side of the street and Maßmann park within walking distance as well for short walks on lunch breaks.
I‘m the only guy you have to deal with ;) I‘m Thomas, 30 yo from Franconia (thats northern Bavaria!) and I have been living in this apartment with my best mate before he made the mistake of living with his gf now ;)
I really like to live with someone that I can enjoy good conversations with and at the same time we can both do our own things.
I love to cook, dance (Salsa and Bachata), do improv acting and chat about whatever comes to my mind :)
My former roommate and I bought basically all the items in the apartment, that´s why the 2500€ fee for furniture is that high. I`m happy to share a detailed list with you about that if you have sincere interest of moving in. This fee does not apply for you if you only stay short-term, like a month or two.
