***LOOKING TO SWITCH THIS ROOM

I am moving to the Netherlands for a 2 year master and would love to switch my room with one in the big cities over there.
Preferably: Delft, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Amsterdam or Den Hague.
My budget maximum for a room would be 600, for a single studio/apartment 800! Ideally I want something similar to what I‘m offering but I‘m open to discussing anything :)
My room would beavailable for at least a year, there‘s a really high chance you could take over my contract alltogether as I am not sure I will return to germany at all.

***ABOUT THE ROOM
It‘s pretty spacious and has a very high ceiling which I love. Currently it is furnished with a very natural wood style, some 60s furniture and plants, but I am open to empty it out, depending on what your plans with your furniture in your room would be! Let‘s just talk about this :)

The apartment is in one of the most popular areas, especially for students! I highly recommend it in that regard. You can reach the University of Munich in 20 minute walking (or 5 with the bus right in front of the apartment entry). The U2 subway brings you to the central station in 3 stops (8 minutes) and to in my opinion the second nicest area (Glockenbach) in 6 stops.
The only night tram munich has to offer (N27) also stops super close to this apartment, so overall I loved living here as a student :).

The english garden, university area with bars, uni and city center are all about 15 minutes away from the apartment.

It‘s in a generally quiet area but you can reach all the nice places super fast.

Me and my roommates are close friends so the life at home was always very „homey“ and always felt like coming home. We enjoy hanging out together but it is not a must and all of us work and study so we appreaciate alone time a lot aswell. Of course you don‘t have to be such a part of it if you don‘t want to, but it would be great if you appreciate this kind of atmosphere :)
