A cosy and furnished room within the apartment.
There are 4 rooms and this room will be available on the 1st of june since the current tenant is leaving by the end of may. The room is located to the backyard and has sun during the afternoon.

Consists of a bed, table, chair, shelves and a cupboard. The room is definitely enough of 1 person.

A minimum of 6 months rent, can be extended and be discussed after.
Common spaces are the kitchen, toilet, shower area.

10-15 mins walk to the nearest Ubahn station Frankfurter ring and Milbersthofen, or 5min to a nearby bus station which will bring you to the ubahn station within 7mins.

Nearby are supermarkets like Lidl, Aldi, Penny etc, a few restaurants and also an Apotheke.

Located near the beautiful Olympia Park which you can walk within 10-15mins and is a great place to relax at or do some sports.
