Du wirst mit deinen 3 Mitbewohnerinnen Imogen, Jenny und Leonie zusammenleben.
Da alle berufstätig sind, dreht sich das Leben in der WG hauptsächlich um Abende und Wochenenden, an denen man gemeinsam wandert, bouldert, Brett- und Kartenspiele spielt oder sich auf ein paar Drinks in einem Café oder einer Bar trifft.
Die Wohnung ist sehr international. Du wirst mit einer chinesischen, einer britischen und einer deutschen Mitbewohnerin zusammen leben, weshalb die gemeinsame Sprache Englisch ist.
Es ist sehr wichtig, dass die Wohnung keine funktionale WG ist, sondern eine kleine Gruppe von Freunden, die gerne Zeit miteinander verbringen.
Die Vermietung des Zimmers erfolgt über 4mates, professioneller WG-Anbieter hier in München. Mit 4mates hat man einen Ansprechpartner, egal welche Probleme es gibt. Außerdem musst du dich um nichts kümmern - weder um einen Nachmieter noch um sonstiges wie GEZ Gebühren nach Anmeldung, Strom Nachzahlungen etc.

You will be living with your 3 flatmates Imogen, Jenny and Leonie.

The apartment is very international, as you live with British, Chinese and German flatmates. Therefore, the common language is English.
It is very important that the apartment is not a functional shared flat, but a small group of friends who enjoy spending time together.
