Gemütliches, möbliertes Studentenzimmer mit viel Tageslicht und Platz.
Das Zimmer hat ein sehr großes (140x200) Bett, zwei Schränke für zusätzlichen Stauraum und einen Schreibtisch. Der Bürostuhl könnte ich nach Absprache auch dir hinterlassen.
Dieses gemütliche Zimmer befindet sich im 1. Stock eines 7-Zimmer-Hauses.
Das Haus hat auch eine riesige voll ausgestattete Küche mit 2 großen Kühlschränken mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und andere Grundausstattung, auch eine gemütliche Sitzecke, die perfekt für Sozialisierung, WG Abende, Netflix usw. ist. Es gibt auch einen großen Keller, wo du eine Waschmaschine, einen Trockner und etwas mehr Stauraum für Fahrräder oder andere Dinge finden kannst.

Comfortable, furnished student room with lots of natural light and space.
The room has a large double bed (140x200), two wardrobes for extra storage space, and a desk. I could also leave you the office chair if we agree.
This cozy room is located on the 1st floor of a 7-bedroom house.
The house also has a huge fully equipped kitchen with 2 large fridges with freezer, coffee maker, microwave and other basic equipment, also a cozy sitting area which is perfect for socializing, flatshare evenings, Netflix etc.. There is also a large basement where you can find a washing machine, dryer and some more storage space for bikes or other things.
Die Lage ist einfach die beste. Von unserem Haus bis zu der Uni in Garching brauchst du 15 Minuten mit dem Bus. Ebenfalls, wenn man in die Münchner Innenstadt will, braucht man ca. 30-40 Minuten.
Es gibt auch einen großen Aldi neben dem Haus und einen Edeka in der Nähe.
Es gibt auch viele Lauf- und Radwege in der Umgebung und die Stadt Garching mit vilen Restaurants und Cafes ist nur wenige Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt.

The location is simply the best. It takes 15 minutes by bus from our house to the university in Garching. Likewise, if you want to go to Munich city center, it takes about 30-40 minutes.
There is also a large Aldi supermarket next to the house and an Edeka nearby.
There are also many running and cycling paths in the area and the town of Garching with many restaurants and cafes is only a few minutes away by bus.
Du wirst mit 5 coolen Studenten und einen berufstätigen zusammenleben, die sehr nett und offen sind und gerne Zeit miteinander verbringen. Wir organisieren oft WG-Abende, manchmal kochen zusammen und sitzen bei einem Glas Wein, wir spielen auch gerne Brettspiele oder schauen etwas auf Netflix. Aber wie du dir denken kannst, hat jeder seine eigene Privatsphäre und es ist völlig in Ordnung, wenn du deine Zeit in deinem Raum verbringen möchtest.

You will be living with 5 cool students and one working person who is very nice and open and enjoys spending time together. We often organize flat share evenings, sometimes cook together and sit with a glass of wine, we also like to play board games or watch something on Netflix. But as you can imagine, everyone has their own privacy, and it's perfectly fine if you want to spend time in your own space.
