Beautiful, charming and small WG room in central location!
I offer a beautiful, small WG room in our charming 3er-WG for rent. The room is good 12 m2, with a view to the courtyard and offers plenty of privacy.
The room is furnished, but of course I would make room for you and your stuff!
In the common rooms you will find a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
I'm looking for a nice sub-rent who is reliable, friendly and open.
If you are interested in my beautiful WG room, I am looking forward to your message and a personal knowledge (also goes online)!
Location
The apartment is located between Wettersteinplatz (U1; 10 min walk) and the short road (Tram 15/25; 3 min walk). Nearby there are many shopping and some bakers!
WG life
Our WG is calm and harmonious, we place great value on cleanliness and a friendly coexistence. You live with Joy (occupied) and Franzi (occupied). Joy has traveled half the world, managed the media appearance and content of a café and flies as a stewardess for Lufthansa.
Franzi has moved into the WG as she also works as a flight attendant for Lufthansa. Consequently, the two are more often a few days in quite different time zones.
Zimmer
Schönes, charmantes und kleines WG-Zimmer in zentraler Lage!
Ich biete ein wunderschönes, kleines WG-Zimmer in unserer charmanten 3er-WG zur Miete an. Das Zimmer ist gute 12 m² groß, mit Blick zum Innenhof und bietet dadurch viel Privatsphäre.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert, aber ich würde natürlich für dich und deine Sachen Platz schaffen!
In den Gemeinschaftsräumen findest du eine voll ausgestattete Küche, und ein Badezimmer mit Duschwanne und Waschmaschine.
Ich suche eine nette Untermieterin, die zuverlässig, freundlich und offen ist.
Wenn du Interesse an meinem schönen WG-Zimmer hast, freue ich mich auf deine Nachricht und ein persönliches Kennenlernen (geht auch online)!
Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen dem Wettersteinplatz (U1; 10 min zu Fuß) und der Kurzstraße (Tram 15/25; 3 min zu Fuß). In der Nähe gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einige Bäcker!
WG-Leben
Unsere WG ist ruhig und harmonisch, wir legen großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und ein freundliches Miteinander. Du wohnst mit Joy (berufstätig) und Franzi (berufstätig) zusammen. Joy hat schon die halbe Welt bereist, managed den medialen Auftritt und Content eines Cafés und fliegt als Stewardess für Lufthansa.
Franzi ist frisch in die WG eingezogen, da sie ebenfalls als Flugbegleiterin für Lufthansa arbeitet. Demzufolge sind die beiden öfter einige Tage in ganz anderen Zeitzonen.
