Hello! I am looking to sublet my room from June to end of September, because against all odds I managed to find a 1-bedroom apartment in Munich.
Flat Details:
- Large room (17m2) in a 5 person flatshar to rent until end of September.
- Room comes furnished with a bed, 2 wardrobes, night table and a fouton.
- Rent with all costs including (heating, internet, electricity) is 900 EUR/month. Deposit is EUR 1800.
- The flat is 145 m2 large, with 5 bedrooms, a large kitchen area with a dining table and 2 full bathrooms.

The flat is located directly south of the Hackerbrücke, providing excellent public transport connections to the centre, airport and central train station nearby (Tram, S-Bahn and U-bahn). The area is very pleasant, there are many good restaurants and shops (Edeka, pharmacy, shopping mall) within short walking distance and you are 5 minutes from the Oktoberfest grounds!
Flatshare vibe:
The group of guys living here are extremely friendly from mixed backgrounds. The vibe is very relaxed and uncomplicated, people clean up after themselves and ensure a level of mutual respect. The languages spoken are English, German and Italian.
