Untervermietet wird das komplette Dachgeschoss, 2 Zimmer und ein eigenes Bad (Dusche + WC).Die Küche befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist gemeinsam nutzbar. Alternativ können zwei Herdplatten, Tiefkühlschrank und ein Kühlschrank für das Dachgeschoss bereitgestellt werden.
Beide Zimmer sind teilmöbliert. Die Möbel müssen aber nicht zwingend mit gemietet werden.
Eine Waschmaschine im Keller kann mitbenutzt werden. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit eine weitere im Keller aufzustellen.
MitbewohnerInnen, die im Garten mithelfen wollen, sind herzlich willkommen und ich werde als Gegenleistung bei der Kaltmiete noch im Preis runtergehen.
The entire top floor, 2 rooms and a private bathroom (shower + WC) are sublet; the kitchen is on the first floor and can be shared. Alternatively, two hotplates, a freezer and a refrigerator can be provided for the attic.

A washing machine in the cellar can be shared. There is also the possibility of installing another one in the cellar.

Das Haus grenzt direkt an den Wald. Ideal für Jogger und Radfahrer. Schöne Wege zum Starnberger See oder ins Isartal.
Optimal ist die Wohnlage für Berufstätige in Martinsried oder
Großhadern.
Neuried is close to the U3 station Fürstenried-West, a bus stop can be reached in 3 minutes.
In Neuried itself there are shopping facilities for daily needs and a few nice restaurants.
The house borders directly on the forest. Ideal for joggers and cyclists. Beautiful paths to Lake Starnberg or the Isar valley.
The residential area is ideal for working people in Martinsried or
Großhadern.
Unkompliziert, eher ruhig - typische Workaholics, keine Party-People :-)
Mein Musikgeschmack ist breit gefächert.. von Indie/Punk/Elektro bis 80er und Swing - HipHop/Rap eher weniger.
In der Woche bin das ich, m, 54 allein und am Wochenende oft unterwegs.
Für eine Radltour bin ich immer zu begeistern. Ein Fahrrad kann sicher am Haus untergebracht werden.
Auf der Terrasse kann gegrillt werden.
