Bei der WG handelt es sich um eine 4-Zimmer Wohnung mit ca. 84 m² Wohnfläche.

Die Wohnung wird als WG angeboten. Wohnung ist Baujahr 1988 und wurde in den letzten Monaten aufwändig renoviert und im März 2019 komplett neu eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind voll ausgestattet: Bett, Nachttisch, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Kommode, Regal, Stuhl etc. --> Einfach einziehen und wohlfühlen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine komplett neue Einbauküche inkl. Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Induktionskochfeld, große WG-taugliche Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination. Zu erwähnen bleibt noch eine Nespresso-Maschine - damit ist auch der Morgen gerettet.
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Sofa sowie einem 50 Zoll 4k UHD Fernseher ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung hat weiters 2 Badezimmer, wobei im kleineren Badezimmer eine neue Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion der Marke Bauknecht steht. Damit macht sich die Wäsche (fast) von selbst ;-)

The kitchen is new and fully equipped as well (incl. dishwasher and espresso machine).
The living room come with a sofa and a 50 inch 4k UHD TV.
There are 2 bathrooms incl. also a washing machine with drying function.

Die Wohnung liegt nahe (3 min zu Fuß) an der Ingolstädterstr. (BMW Nähe) und ist entsprechend sehr gut
mit dem Bus öffentlich angebunden. Mit dem Rad ist man in 10 min bei BMW (FIZ). Mit dem Bus kommt man bequem zu den umliegenden U-Bahn-Stationen. Die Wohnung ist auch mit Auto gut zu erreichen, es darf an der Straße geparkt werden.

You can access public transport with the bus station close to the apartment at Ingolstädterstr. BMW R&D is easy to reach by bus or with bicycle (< 10 min). Parking is allowed on the street around the building.
