The following rooms are rented to the sub-rent:
1 room with balcony.
The hall, bathroom and kitchen can be used by the sub-rent.
The cleaning of bathroom and kitchen must be done according to the use by the respective party. Incidentally, the rent is pleasing to treat and regularly clean.
The right to access and use to the other room of the apartment is expressly excluded.
The transfer protocol shall be a contractual component with regard to the descriptions of the lease and facilities contained therein. The sub-rented room is furnished with wardrobe, bed, sofa and TV.
The rent is EUR 650.00 per month (in words: EUR six hundred and fifty) including the rental supplement plus Additional costs.
In addition to electricity, heating and water, the additional costs are paid by rent and include the Internet connection and the use of the fitted kitchen in the kitchen and the bath.
If the rent or advance payments/purchases of the main rental contract change, the changes are proportionally also in the ratio of the main renter to the sub-renter. The main tenant can only demand increased payments from the sub tenant if he proves the increase in the main lease ratio in writing.

Folgende Räume werden an den Untermieter untervermietet:
1 Zimmer mit Balkon.
Flur, Bad und Küche können vom Untermieter mitgenutzt werden.
Die Reinigung von Bad und Küche hat entsprechend der Nutzung durch die jeweilige Partei zu erfolgen. Im Übrigen ist die Mietsache pfleglich zu behandeln und regelmäßig zu säubern.
Das Zutritts- und Nutzungsrecht zum anderen Zimmer der Wohnung wird ausdrücklich ausgeschlossen.
Das Übergabeprotokoll wird hinsichtlich darin enthaltener Beschreibungen der Mietsache und der Einrichtungen Vertragsbestandteil. Das untervermietete Zimmer wird möbliert mit Schrank, Bett, Sofa und TV vermietet.
Die Miete beträgt monatlich EUR 650,00 (in Worten: sechshundertfünfzig Euro) einschließlich des Möblierungszuschlages zzgl. Nebenkosten.
Die Nebenkosten sind mit der Mietzahlung abgegolten und umfassen neben Strom, Heizung und Wasser auch den Internetanschluss und die Mitbenutzung der Einbauküche in der Küche und des Bades.
Ändern sich die Miete oder die Vorauszahlungen/Pauschalen des Hauptmietvertrages, so gelten die Änderungen anteilig auch im Verhältnis des Hauptmieters zum Untermieter. Der Hauptmieter kann erhöhte Zahlungen vom Untermieter erst verlangen, wenn er die Erhöhung im Hauptmietverhältnis schriftlich nachweist.
