I am subletting two connecting rooms, bedroom and living room, in a shared flat as I am going to be traveling.
The rooms are fully furnished and offer a great view of the English garden.
There is a terrace and a small garden out back which will be shared with my flatmate, same as the kitchen and bathroom.
The apartment is located in Schwabing, between the biggest park in Munich, the “English garden” and a vibrant neighborhood popular for its bars and restaurants.The nearest subway station “Münchner Freiheit“ is just a 7 minutes walk away, if you prefer to travel by car, a mere 2 minutes drive will get you to the ring road circling around Munich.
You will be sharing the apartment with my roommate who rents the room out back. Please note that the rent does not include any services, you’ll need to clean up after yourselves and share the household chores such as taking out the trash.
Even though the adjoining neighborhood is quite lively, the area as well as the house is a family-friendly place, so there can be no big parties!
