Das Ganze wird unmöbliert übergeben.
Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen großen Abstellraum, den wir nutzen dürfen.
Die Küche verfügt über eine Spülmaschine und im Keller steht eine Waschmaschine (Ablöse ca.350).
Falls du ein Fahrrad hast kannst du dieses im Schuppen vor dem Haus unterstellen und vor dem Haus stehen auch Parkmöglichkeiten für Autos zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 10 Gehminuten von der U-Bahnstation Michaelibad (U-Bahnlinie U5 /U7 ) und in 3 min ist man bei mehreren Bushaltestellen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Außerdem liegt unsere WG nahe dem Ostpark.
Ich bin Sabina, 23 und mache eine Schauspielausbildung.
Zu mir: Ich mache super gerne Sport, wie zum Beispiel Volleyball, Klettern, Gym und Alles was du dir noch so vorstellen kannst und bin generell ein sehr spontaner Mensch.
Mir wär wichtig, dass es auf jeden Fall mehr als eine Zweck-WG ist und wir uns gut verstehen.
Das heißt gerne mal am Wochenende zusammen feiern gehen, Sport machen oder entspannt zuhause was zusammen trinken.
Ein Sinn für Sauberkeit und ne offene Kommunikation falls es mal Probleme gibt sind natürlich selbstverständlich.
