Servus, ich wohne im Moment noch allein, aber die Energiepreise zwingen mich zum Sparen. Deswegen suche ich jemanden, der sich die Miete (akt. 780€) mit mir teilt.
Die Wohnung hat 72m² mit Balkon, Küche, Bad, großes Wohnzimmer, WLAN, TV, Konsole ist alles da. Spülmaschine fehlt leider noch. Waschmaschine ist im Keller und kann mitbenutzt werden.
Du kannst gerne Einrichtungs-Input bringen, ich hab das bisher recht zweckmäßig gehalten. Was du bezahlst gehört natürlich auch dir.
Dein Zimmer ist leider ein bisschen klein, ich hoffe das stört Dich nicht... Und mein Kleiderschrank steht darin, aber da klären wir uns ab, ich bin eh den ganzen Tag arbeiten also sollte ich dich kaum stören.
