The location is very central in a (very) quiet bike road and is located more or less on the promenade.
The train station is just 20 minutes walk and by bus about 12, according to Google Maps. The bus lines 4 and 17 can be reached in 3-5 minutes, depending on the step speed.
Shopping is very good at Edeka or Aldi (both about 5 minutes walk).
Otherwise everything in Münster can be reached within 15 minutes by bike.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral in einer (sehr) ruhigen Fahrradstraße und liegt mehr oder weniger an der Promenade.
Zum Bahnhof sind es zu Fuß knapp 20 Minuten und mit dem Bus ca. 12, laut Google Maps. Die Buslinien 4 und 17 sind je nach Schrittgeschwindigkeit in 3-5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Einkaufen kann man von hier sehr gut im Edeka oder Aldi (beides ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß).
Ansonsten ist alles in Münster innerhalb 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.

So that you know where you're reporting here are some information about us:
Taras is already living in the house for the longest time and is a professional informant, he is a lot with his friends here in Münster. It can be found in the kitchen while cooking and if it is not in the ski holiday, it is included for any business. Lukas is a laboratory and cooks and bakes very much (and very good;)). Accordingly, you can also often encounter Luke in the kitchen and snuck with him. He has a green thumb and before in summer to cultivate his beet in the garden. Anton is a care professional at the UKM and always on a beer, in summer he is happy to meet with his racing bike or at the canal.
On the ground floor, Pia is still living, who is studying social work at the FH and can also be found during cooking in the kitchen. She likes to travel with friends and even a drink in the evening. (Foreseeable, however, she will leave the WG in September;() Tina works at bottle mail in the administration, so much at home office and likes to visit her friends. In addition, she is the small rancher for Janosch two days a week:D. Vassundara works in the medical scientific field at the UKM, you can also find it among people and WG finishes in the kitchen.

The WG life is sometimes more active, and sometimes less active. Games or cocktail evenings usually result spontaneously or in summer a barbecue session in the garden. We want you to have a nice and active WG life. Of course, there is no compulsion, but we also do not want to be a purpose WG. All in all, everything is possible, most important is open, respectful communication and also dealing with one another. We have no place here for any kind of racism and discrimination :)

Damit du auch weißt, wo du dich meldest sind hier ein paar Infos zu uns:
Taras lebt schon am längsten hier in dem Haus und ist Fachinformatiker, er ist viel mit seinen Freund*innen hier in Münster unterwegs. Man kann ihn in der Küche beim kochen antreffen und wenn er einmal nicht im Skiurlaub ist, ist er für jede Unternehmung mit dabei. Lukas ist Laborant und kocht und backt sehr gerne (und sehr gut ;)). Dementsprechend kann du auch Lukas häufig in der Küche antreffen und mit ihm schnacken. Er hat einen grünen Daumen und vor im Sommer sein Beet im Garten zu pflegen. Anton ist Pflegefachkraft am UKM und immer auf ein Bierchen dabei, im Sommer ist er gerne mit seinem Rennrad unterwegs oder am Kanal anzutreffen.
Im Erdgeschoss wohnen noch Pia, welche an der FH Soziale Arbeit studiert und ist auch beim kochen in der Küche anzutreffen ist. Sie ist gerne mit Freund*innen unterwegs und auch einem Getränk am Abend nie abgeneigt. (voraussichtlich wird sie jedoch die WG im September verlassen ;( ) Tina arbeitet bei Flaschenpost in der Verwaltung, demnach viel im Homeoffice und hat gerne Besuch von ihren Freund*innen. Außerdem ist sie zwei Tage die Woche Hundesitterin für Janosch den kleinen Racker :D. Vassundara arbeitet im medizinisch wissenschaftlichen Bereich am UKM, sie findet man auch gerne unter Menschen und an WG-Abenden in der Küche.

Das WG-Leben ist mal aktiver, und mal weniger aktiv. Meistens ergeben sich Spiele- oder Cocktailabende ganz spontan oder im Sommer gerne eine Grill-Session im Garten. Wir wünschen uns, dass du auch Lust auf ein nettes und aktives WG-Leben hast. Natürlich gibt es keinen Zwang, aber wir wollen eben auch keine Zweck-WG sein. Insgesamt ist alles möglich, am wichtigsten ist eine offene, respektvolle Kommunikation und ebenso der Umgang miteinander. Für jegliche Art von Rassismus und Diskriminierung haben wir hier keinen Platz :)

The rent is at 465€ warm, we share an internet connection for which we monthly approx. 40€ (/7 would be 5.7€). There's something else.

Die Miete liegt bei 465€ warm, wir teilen uns einen Internetanschluss für den wir monatlich ca. 40€ bezahlen (/7 wären dann 5,7€). Dazu kommt noch etwas GEZ.
