I rent my Wg room from 9.7.2025 as I live in Berlin for my practical semester until October. The end date is not yet fixed (can also be a few days longer)

Ich vermiete ab dem 9.7.2025 mein Wg Zimmer da ich wegen meines Praxissemesters noch bis Oktober in Berlin wohne. Das Enddatum ist noch nicht fix (kann auch ein paar tage länger sein)

Da wir sehr nah an den Bahngleisen wohnen hört man ab und zu Züge vorbei fahren aber da gewöhnt man sich echt schnell dran und mich stört es schon garnicht mehr. Außerdem Teilen wir uns den Hinterhof mit einem Club (der Gazelle), daher kann es auch von da teilweise etwas laut sein.
Ich werde alles im Zimmer lassen, du brauchst also keine eigenen Möbel mitbringen. Meine persönlichen Gegenstände werde ich während der Zeit im Keller verstauen. Es ist also genug Platz für dein ganzes Zeug :)
