I offer my cozy, furnished room for two months (June and July). The room is about 16 square meters tall, has carpeted and is aligned to the north-east side – so pleasantly bright in the morning and not too hot in the summer. It is fully furnished with bed, desk, dresser, TV, clothes rack, armchair, mirror etc.
In the apartment there is everything that makes the WG life relaxed: dishwasher, washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. The highlight is definitely the big balcony to the south-west side. Just in summer you get a lot of sun here.

Ich biete mein gemütliches, möbliertes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete für zwei Monate (Juni und Juli) an. Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß, hat Teppichboden und ist zur Nord-Ost-Seite ausgerichtet – also angenehm hell am Morgen und nicht zu heiß im Sommer. Es ist voll möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Fernseher, Kleiderstange, Sessel, Spiegel etc.
In der Wohnung gibt es alles, was das WG-Leben entspannt macht: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Das Highlight ist aber definitiv der große Balkon zur Süd-West-Seite. Gerade im Sommer bekommst du hier richtig viel Sonne ab.

The apartment is located directly on Steinfurter Straße – super connected, with a bus stop quasi in front of the front door. Despite the central location, it is quiet in the room: The windows are well insulated so you can hardly hear anything from the street with a closed window. A rewe can be reached in 2 minutes on foot.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Steinfurter Straße – super angebunden, mit einer Bushaltestelle quasi vor der Haustür. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es im Zimmer ruhig: Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, sodass man von der Straße mit geschlossenem Fenster kaum etwas hört. Ein Rewe ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
You'll live with Franzi and Matti. Franzi has just completed her lectureship and Matti is in the last stages of her first state exam in Jura. The two are super relaxed, open and are happy to talk together when cooking in the kitchen or in the evening on the balcony at sunset. Of course, they also respect the desire for retreat and tranquility.
Du wirst mit Franzi und Matti zusammenwohnen. Franzi hat gerade ihr Referendariat absolviert und Matti steckt in den letzten Zügen ihres ersten Staatsexamens in Jura. Die beiden sind super entspannt, offen und freuen sich über gemeinsame Gespräche beim Kochen in der Küche oder abends auf dem Balkon beim Sonnenuntergang. Natürlich respektieren sie aber auch den Wunsch nach Rückzug und Ruhe.
The rent is € 420 per month – all inclusive (next costs, internet, etc.).
