Beautiful 3WG in the middle of Münster Schöne 3WG mitten in Münster

Moin,
we are Patrick (27 years, Phd Student Chemistry) and Jerry (30 years, sports and history student). Our third resident Luisa leaves us unfortunately for another man, which is why we have a room for 1.6.

The apartment
The best part of the apartment is of course the location. In the beautiful Kreuzviertel, almost directly on the Aa, we are just a few meters from Promenade and Viennaburgpark. At 300 meters away there is an Edeka and there are other shops nearby. There are two bakers around the corner and our neighbors are a snack and a restaurant. All university facilities can be reached by bike in a few minutes. In addition, the bus stop Kanalstraße is located directly in front of the front door.
Our 4 rooms (2 larger and 2 small) connect the kitchen/living area/flur. The two small rooms are bordered by a small balcony, which is actually only used for beer cooling in winter. In summer you can still enjoy a few hours of sunshine a day. The bathroom with shower is small but fine. The equipment of the apartment usually works very well, in case of problems otherwise a competent master of the house will be glad to help. Washing machines and a dryer are available in the basement of the house, but the use is payable.
The rent is a fixed price. Electricity costs etc. take care of rental. Therefore, only the costs for internet are added to the rent.

The room
Lens the room with its about 15m2 is probably the most attractive of the WG, as it is not only the largest, but also the brightest and quietest room.

The WG life
We have been living together for a few years, playing at the same handball club and are therefore much together. It is very important to us that there is a good, open and fun atmosphere in the WG. So we are everything but a purpose WG, which should also like to stay like that. We do a lot together, have a common circle of friends and also like to celebrate one or other party with us in the WG, make movie evenings or cook together. Of course, we take care of each other and always talk everything together. Since Patrick has two rooms, his living room is changed to the WG living room.
We have always failed without a cleaning plan or the like. Instead, we have a fixed distribution of tasks, but we also support each other, so that there is always a certain cleanliness and basic order.

Die Wohnung
Das beste an der Wohnung ist (abgesehen von uns) natürlich die Lage. Im wunderschönen Kreuzviertel, quasi direkt an der Aa gelegen sind wir nur wenige Meter von Promenade und Wienburgpark entfernt. In 300 Meter Entfernung befindet sich ein Edeka und es gibt weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Es gibt zwei Bäcker um die Ecke und unsere Nachbarn sind ein Imbiss und ein Restaurant. Alle Uni-Anlagen sind mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zudem befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür die Bushaltestelle Kanalstraße.
Unsere 4 Zimmer (2 größere und 2 kleine) verbindet die Küche/Wohnbereich/Flur. An die zwei kleinen Zimmer grenzt ein kleiner Balkon, der im Winter eigentlich nur zur Bierkühlung verwendet wird. Im Sommer kann man hier aber dennoch ein paar Sonnenstunden am Tag genießen. Das Bad mit Dusche ist klein, aber fein. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung funktioniert in der Regel sehr gut, bei Problemen hilft sonst auch gerne ein zuständiger Hausmeister. Waschmaschinen und einen Trockner gibt es im Kellergeschoss des Hauses, die Benutzung ist allerdings kostenpflichtig.
Die Miete ist ein Festpreis. Um Stromkosten etc. kümmert sich die Vermietung. Auf die Miete kommen daher nur die Kosten für Internet dazu.

Das Zimmer
Objektiv ist das Zimmer mit seinen etwa 15m² wahrscheinlich das attraktivste der WG, da es nicht nur das größte, sondern auch das hellste und leiseste Zimmer ist.

Das WG-Leben
Wir wohnen schon seit einigen Jahren zusammen, spielen im gleichen Handballverein und sind dementsprechend viel zusammen unterwegs. Uns ist es sehr wichtig, dass eine gute, offene und lustige Atmosphäre in der WG herrscht. Wir sind also alles andere als eine Zweck-WG, was auch gerne so bleiben soll. Wir unternehmen viel zusammen, haben einen gemeinsamen Freundeskreis und feiern auch gerne mal die eine oder andere Party bei uns in der WG, machen Filmabende oder kochen zusammen. Natürlich nehmen wir trotzdem Rücksicht aufeinander und sprechen immer alles miteinander ab. Da Patrick zwei Zimmer hat, wird sein Wohnzimmer ab und an zum WG-Wohnzimmer umfunktioniert.
Wir sind bisher immer ohne einen Putzplan oder ähnliches ausgekommen. Stattdessen haben wir eine feste Aufgabenverteilung, unterstützen uns aber auch gegenseitig, sodass es immer eine gewisse Sauberkeit und Grundordnung gibt.
