Die Wohnung ist 72 qm groß, hat eine helle Wohnküche und ein schönes Bad.
Das Zimmer ist gut geschnitten und wegen eines großen Fensters schön hell. Alles in allem bist du mit ca. 250 Euro (incl. Heizung/Strom/Internet/...) für das 11qm Zimmer dabei.
Da die Zimmer der WG nicht gleich groß sind, kannst du deinen Kleiderschrank (es wäre auch einer vorhanden) auch in den Wohnungsflur vor deinem Zimmer stellen.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof (Haupteingang) und dieser ist fußläufig in zwei Minuten zu erreichen, das Zimmer ist aber ruhig, da es zum Innenhof liegt. Man kann demnach problemlos mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Promenade, Bushaltestellen und Innenstadt liegen vor der Wohnungstür...
Man kann im abschließbaren Innenhof sein Fahrrad abstellen.
Wir suchen eine(n) aufgeschlossene(n) und lebensfrohe(n) Mitbewohner(in) die/der zwischen 18 und 30 Jahre ist und auch Lust auf gemeinsamen Aktivitäten hat (z.B. zusammen was kochen, gemütliche Abende in der Küche...).
Wir, 2 unkomplizierte Studenten (25,26 Jahre, beide Nichtraucher) freuen uns auf dich.
