Dein zukünftiges Zimmer wird ca. 13 m*2 groß sein. Hört sich erstmal klein an , man kann aber einiges rausholen.
Im Zimmer ist Laminat verlegt und es wurde erst vor 2 Monaten komplett weiß gestrichen.
Die Wg liegt direkt am Ludgeriplatz. Das heißt, du kannst die Innenstadt, den HBF , die Promenade und auch die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit innerhalb von höchstens 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichen.
Die Lage ist also der Hammer !
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Jos und Kira. Beide sind sehr nett und aufgeschlossen und sie sind immer für einen Spaß zu haben.
Die Wg ist keine Zweck-Wg!
Deine Wg ist immer für ein nettes Gespräch bei einem Tee zu haben , es ist aber auch kein Problem, wenn du mal deine Ruhe haben möchtest.
Die Miete beträgt 212€ WARM.
Es ist also alles inklusive, auch Internet & Festnetztanschluss so wie Tv.
