Vorab: Es ist noch ein weiteres Zimmer in der WG zu vermieten, das etwas kleiner ist. Es gibt also die Möglichkeit der Neugründung, weshalb Ihr Euer WG-Leben ganz neu gestalten könnt.
Der Mietpreis ist warm inkl. Strom, Internet und GEZ Gebühren. Das Zimmer ist großzügig geschnitten und liegt auf der Südseite, weshalb es auf dem angrenzenden Balkon immer warm und sonnig ist. Die großen Fenster machen den Raum schön hell und es ist genügend Platz für alle Deine Möbel vorhanden.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 min. in der Stadt und am York-Center finden sich alle notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Rewe, DM, Saturn etc.)
Die Altstadt ist auch gut und schnell zu erreichen und vor allem nachts fahren auch regelmäßig Busse. Die Haltestelle befindet sich direkt gegenüber.
Das Zusammenleben in der WG ist freundschaftlich und jeder hilft dem anderen mal aus. Das eine oder andere Gespräch in der Küche ist auch immer drin. Es hat natürlich aber auch jeder seine Ruhe, wenn er sie braucht.
