Das Zimmer ist laut Vertrag eine eigenständige Wohnung, wobei Küche und Bad mit der anderen Person zusammen genutzt werden, im Prinzip also ne 2er WG.
Die gesamte Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss mit Zugang aufs Dach.
Das Zimmer hat zwei Fenster, ist länglich gezogen, schmückt sich mit alten Balken und hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme.
Lage ist super, Hansaring halt!
Hbf ist 5-10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Rewe und Penny sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (200-300m).
Im gesamten Haus wohnen nur Studierende, die Eigentümer wünschen es so. In diesem Sinne gilt das Inserat leider ausschließlich für StudentInnen.
Ich bin Matthias, 27 Jahre alt, im Lehramts- Master und die zweite Person dieser WG.
Leider zieht Valeria aus und hinterlässt ihr Zimmer für eine neue Person.
Mit Valeria kann ausgehandelt werden, ob gfl. aus dem Zimmer etwas übernommen werden kann. Das Einzugsdatum kann mit ihr flexibel ausgehandelt werden (Mitte Juli - Anfang August).
