from 01.09.2025 to 01.04.2026 we are looking for a new roommate for our WG in Münster, as I move to Paris for my semester abroad.

The room has 16sqm and the large windows offer a beautiful view of the storage space. The apartment was renovated about 3 years ago and is therefore in a super state. I'll leave all the furniture in the room for a deposit of 300€.

Das Zimmer hat 16qm und die großen Fenster bieten einen schönen Blick auf den Staufenplatz. Die Wohnung wurde vor ca. 3 Jahren saniert und ist daher in einem super Zustand. Ich werde alle Möbel im Zimmer lassen, gegen eine Kaution von 300€.

Lage

Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Mauritz-- bzw. Erphoviertel direkt am Staufenplatz, wo sich ein schönes Café, eine Kneipe und ein Bäcker befinden. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu erreichen. In der Innenstadt ist man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten.
