Love apartment seekers,
what would life be without a living room? ...and then also with balcony!!!
In our WG you get a living room next to your own empire that invites you to “meet and greet”. Oh, air and sun you get from the living room directly on our large balcony.
The free room is unfurnished, about 14 square meters tall and very cozy through the roof slopes. The two windows (big and small) bring plenty of daylight into the spaciously cut room. The apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2017 and has a fully equipped kitchen (incl. washing and dishwasher), a 20 sqm living room (incl. balcony), a bright bathroom with toilet and shower (incl. window) and a separate guest toilet.
Unfortunately, our landlord is planning a comprehensive refurbishment of the entire house, which is why all tenants need to move out to 01.04.2026. However, the landlord reserves the right to postpone the rebuild in the event of any difficulties, e.g. time planning, logistics and lack of craftsmanship.

was wäre das Leben ohne ein Wohnzimmer? …und dann auch noch mit Balkon!!!
In unserer WG bekommst du neben deinem eigenen Reich ein Wohnzimmer, das zum „meet and greet“ einlädt. Achso, Luft und Sonne bekommst du vom Wohnzimmer aus direkt auf unserem großen Balkon.
Das freie Zimmer ist unmöbliert, ca. 14 qm groß und durch die Dachschräge sehr gemütlich. Die zwei Fenster (groß und klein) bringen viel Tageslicht in das geräumig geschnittene Zimmer. Die Wohnung wurde Ende 2017 komplett renoviert und verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Wasch- und Spülmaschine), ein 20 qm Wohnzimmer (inkl. Balkon), ein helles Bad mit WC und Dusche (inkl. Fenster) sowie über ein separates Gäste-WC.
Leider plant unser Vermieter eine umfassende Sanierung des gesamten Hauses, weshalb alle Mieter zum 01.04.2026 ausziehen müssen. Der Vermieter behält sich allerdings vor, dass bei etwaigen Schwierigkeiten z.B. Zeitplanung, Logistik und Handwerkermangel der Umbau verschoben werden kann.
The apartment is located in a side street between Hammer Strasse and Geiststraße. It is located in the 3rd OG. Opposite there is a REWE, which is open until 0 o'clock. In the immediate vicinity you have several bakers/cafes, pharmacies, pubs and other shopping facilities.
The nearby ghost market takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays. For a quick walk to the green, the south park, about 3 feet minutes away, is very good or you can extend a few minutes and is directly at the aasee. In just a few minutes you will be at the Ludgerikreisel and in less than 10 minutes at the Domplatz.
For your bike you have a parking space in the courtyard or in our own basement compartment. If you have a car, there are parking possibilities in the surrounding streets as well as on the nearby "Geistparkplatz" parking space, there is usually a place to find.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße zwischen Hammer Straße und Geiststraße. Sie befindet sich im 3. OG. Gegenüber befindet sich ein REWE, der MO-SA bis 0 Uhr geöffnet ist. In der direkten Umgebung hast du mehrere Bäcker/Cafés, Apotheken, Kneipen und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Der nahe gelegenen Geistmarkt findet mittwochs und samstags statt. Für einen schnellen Spaziergang ins Grüne bietet sich der ca. 3 Fuß-Minuten entfernte Südpark sehr gut an oder man erweitert um wenige Minuten und ist direkt am Aasee. In wenigen Minuten bist du mit dem Rad am Ludgerikreisel sowie in unter 10 min am Domplatz.
Für dein Rad hast du einen Abstellplatz im Innenhof oder in unserem eigenen Kellerabteil. Falls du ein Auto hast, gibt es in den umliegenden Straßen sowie auf dem nahe gelegenen "Geistparkplatz" Parkmöglichkeiten, da findet man in der Regel ein Plätzchen.
In the WG, Antonia (26) and Valentin (30) are living, both of whom re-enter in April. Thus, there are no long established WG structures, and the WG life can be redefined together.
Antonia studies social work in the summer semester and enjoys playing handball in her spare time.
Valentin will work at university as a scientific assistant.

In der WG wohnen Antonia (26) und Valentin (30), die beide im April neu einziehen. Somit gibt es noch keine lange festgetretenen WG-Strukturen, und das WG-Leben kann gemeinsam neu festgelegt werden.
Antonia studiert im Sommersemester Soziale Arbeit und spielt in ihrer Freizeit gerne Handball.
Valentin wird als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der Uni arbeiten.
Ausziehen wird Franzi (24).
