The room is 13.5sqm large and beautifully bright due to floor depth windows. The room is directly adjacent to the small but fine living area. It is equipped with a kitchenette by a fridge and a stove, as well as storage room for dishes and cutlery. Furthermore, there is only a very small mini oven (but if you halve the TK pizza, it can be baked and enjoyed in succession). Otherwise, we are already very well equipped here as regards kitchen utensils etc., so you don't need to bring much.
You would even have the opportunity to buy the bed (1.40m) from my current roommate (price based on negotiation).
On the ground floor, the laundry room is located by washing machines and a dryer where you can wash your laundry for a few euros.
Das Zimmer ist 13,5qm groß und durch bodentiefe Fenster schön hell. Das Zimmer grenzt direkt an den kleinen aber feinen Wohnbereich an. Dieser ist mit einer Küchenzeile ausgestattet, indem sich ein Kühlschrank und ein Herd sowie Stauraum für Geschirr und Besteck befindet. Weiterhin gibt es nur einen sehr kleinen Minibackofen (aber wenn man die TK-Pizza halbiert, kann sie nacheinander gebacken und genossen werden ;) ). Sonst sind wir hier aber schon sehr gut ausgestattet, was Küchenutensilien etc. angeht, du bräuchtest daher gar nicht mehr viel mitbringen.
Du hättest sogar die Möglichkeiten, das Bett (1,40m) von meinem derzeitigen Mitbewohner abzukaufen (Preis auf Verhandlungsbasis).
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich der Waschraum indem es Waschmaschinen und einen Trockner befinden, wo du für ein paar Euros deine Wäsche waschen kannst.
The WG is located on the 2nd floor in the Rudolf-Habig-Weg 2b. But we have the luxury and have an elevator, for the move, heavy purchases or what else else has to be dragged into the apartment.
Just 1 minute away is the campus café, where you can relax and drink a coffee or meet a beer. Directly connected to it is the campus gym and otherwise there are only a few walking minutes away also beautiful walks or jogging trails that lead through the field if you like this :)
The nearest bus stop is right next to our house from which the bus lines 2, 13, and the N85 drive. Otherwise there is a baker and a kiosk nearby, as is the Mensa on the ring or the Da Vinci-Mensa. By bike you can be at the castle or in the Jüdefelder (Kneipenstraße) in about 10 minutes, in the city centre or to the Aasee you need approx. 15 minutes
Die WG liegt im 2. Obergeschoss im Rudolf-Habig-Weg 2b. Doch wir haben den Luxus und verfügen über einen Aufzug, für den Einzug, schwere Einkäufe oder was sonst noch so in die Wohnung geschleppt werden muss.
Nur 1 Minuten entfernt liegt das Campus-Cafe, wo man entspannt einen Kaffee trinken gehen kann oder sich auf ein Bierchen treffen kann. Direkt daran angeschlossen ist das Campus-Gym und sonst gibt es hier nur wenige Laufminuten entfernt auch schöne Spazierwege oder Joggingstrecken die durchs Feld führen, wenn man so etwas mag :)
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist direkt neben unserem Haus von welche die Buslinien 2, 13, und der N85 fahren. Sonst befindet sich in der Nähe noch ein Bäcker und ein Kiosk, ebenso die Mensa am Ring oder die Da Vinci-Mensa. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man in ca. 10 Minuten am Schloss oder in der Jüdefelder (Kneipenstraße) sein, in die Innenstadt oder zum Aasee braucht man ca. 15 Minuten
