The apartment is located in the centre of the popular Hansaviertel. Within a few minutes you can reach the harbour, various pubs and cafés. The canal, railway station and the Wollbecker Straße (with its many small restaurants) are just a stone's throw away. The channel, the Cineplex, Penny, Rewe, Edeka, Aldi and three bakers are located in a radius of 200 m.
The bus stop is also right around the corner and the city can be reached by bike in 5 – 10 minutes.
