Hello dear*r future*r roommate*in!
At 01.07.25 a room is released in the 2nd WG on the ghost road, as my current roommate unfortunately has to move away for work.
To the apartment:
There is plenty of space here :), a large living room that shines through some collapsed secondhand furniture, the e-piano is relatively new, and directly adjacent to it a balcony to the south side, where I planted a lot (tomatoes, chilis,...). Bathroom and toilet are separate, in sexy 80s style, there is a shower tub - daylight bath. The kitchen offers enough space for all cooking projects and is equipped. I cook vegetarian.
Your room is north, about 15 sqm, but is bright through the large windows. We're high-parters. There is a bicycle cellar, two cellar rooms and a possibility to hang up laundry under the roof. With the two WGs above we are friends who come for the WG parties or once for a coffee :).

Zum 01.07.25 wird in der 2er WG an der Geiststraße ein Zimmer frei, da mein jetziger Mitbewohner leider für die Arbeit wegziehen muss.
Zur Wohnung:
Es gibt viel Platz hier :), ein großes Wohnzimmer, das durch einige zusammengefischte Secondhandmöbel glänzt, das E-Klavier ist relativ neu, und direkt daran grenzt ein Balkon zur Südseite, wo ich einiges anpflanze (Tomaten, Chilis,...). Bad und Toilette sind getrennt, im sexy 80er Jahre Style, es gibt eine Duschwanne - Tageslichtbad. Die Küche bietet genug Platz für alle Kochvorhaben und ist ausgestattet. Ich koche vegetarisch.
Dein Zimmer liegt Richtung Norden, ca 15 qm, ist aber hell durch die großen Fenster. Wir liegen Hochparterre. Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller, zwei Kelleräume und unterm Dach eine Möglichkeit Wäsche aufzuhängen. Mit den beiden WGs oben sind wir befreundet, die kommen für die WG Partys oder mal für einen Kaffee vorbei :).
The apartment is located in Josefsviertel, a stone's throw from Hammerstraße, and thus also from downtown. Net, Dm and Rewe are within 3-5 minutes walking distance.
Die Wohnung liegt im Josefsviertel, einen Katzensprung von der Hammerstraße entfernt, und somit auch von der Innenstadt. Netto, Dm und Rewe sind in 3-5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
To the WG life / To me:
I am Malina, 29 years and I prefer to live in a WG than alone. I have WG experience for about 11 years (2 to 4 Wgs). I've been living on the ghost road for two years. I come from Münster but have already spent some stays abroad (e.g. in Switzerland, Spain...). I would describe myself as a cheerful, world-famous and energetic type, I would like to travel, take a lot and like with friends (bike tours, hiking, volleyball, climbing, boulders, or something like a water slide park), but I also like to be in museums, play social games, paint, play piano, sing and read.
I'm looking for a roommate who has an interest in a common WG to chat with friends, games evenings, sports sessions or evening in the kitchen. More like a door-to-door-to-door mentality. Someone who feels at home here is tidy and in the same life as me.
Open communication, thinking for each other, tolerance in life 💕 and mutual respect are important to me. I work full-time as a doctor in the hospital and like to travel, so it would usually be quiet in the apartment. I'm happy about your friend visit or the idea of a Wg party.
Smoking in the apartment and on the balcony is unfortunately not possible.
It would be nice if your life plays primarily in Münster and not in another city. Finally, it should fit humanly:).
Zum WG-Leben / Zu mir:
Ich bin Malina, 29 Jahre und wohne lieber in einer WG als alleine :). Ich habe WG Erfahrung seit ca. 11 Jahren (2er bis 4er Wgs). An der Geiststraße wohne ich selbst seit 2 Jahren. Ich komme aus Münster, habe aber schon einige Auslandsaufenthalte verbracht (u.a. in der Schweiz, Spanien...). Ich würde mich als fröhlichen, weltoffenen und energetischen Typ beschreiben, ich reise gerne, unternehme viel und gern mit Freunden (Radtouren, Wandern, Volleyball, Klettern, Bouldern, oder mal sowas wie ein Wasserrutschenpark), bin aber auch sehr gern in Museen, spiele Gesellschaftsspiele, male, spiele Klavier, singe und lese.
Ich suche eine*n Mitbewohner*in, der/die Interesse an einem gemeinsamen WG Leben hat, mit mal gemeinsamen Kochabenden mit Freunden, Spieleabende, Sportsessions oder abends in der Küche verquatschen. Eher eine Tür-auf-als-Tür-zu Mentalität. Jemanden, der/die sich hier Zuhause fühlt, ordentlich ist und im ähnlichen Lebensabschnitt ist wie ich.
Offene Kommunikation, füreinander mitdenken, Toleranz im Leben 💕 und gegenseitiger Respekt sind mir dabei wichtig. Ich arbeite Vollzeit als Ärztin im Krankenhaus und bin gerne unterwegs, daher wäre es in der Wohnung meistens eher ruhig. Ich freu mich über deinen Freundesbesuch oder die Idee einer Wg-Party.
Rauchen in der Wohnung und auf dem Balkon ist leider nicht möglich.
Es wäre schön, wenn dein Leben primär in Münster spielt und nicht in einer anderen Stadt. Letztlich sollte es menschlich passen :).
