Die Wg liegt im 6. Stock, mit Aufzug erreichbar. Das Zimmmer ist nicht groß, aber hell und schön geschnitten mit Blick auf den Balkon und Innenhof. Ein Doppelbett 1,40m passt hinein.
Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb. Die Bushaltestelle ist 2 min entfernt, dort fährt die 15 & 16 alle 10 min. Der Idenbrockplatz ist direkt in der Nähe ( 5min) und bietet ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Innenstadt ist mit dem Fahhrad in 20min erreichbar.
In der WG wohnen Nale (20) macht eine Ausbildung als Medizin-Technische Laborationsassistentin, Christian (24) studiert Soziale Arbeit und Gustav (20) studiert Politik und Wirtschaft. Während Corona waren wir nicht immer alle zusammen in der WG, wir verstehen uns aber sehr gut. Wir sitzen gerne mal in der Küche zusammen und quatschen oder schauen einen Film. Das WG Leben ist auf jeden Fall noch flexibel gestaltbar.
Wir suchen eher eine Frau, aber jeder ist Willkommen!
Mein Schreibtisch soll mit übernommen werden und die Jalousien.
Eventuell ist der Einzug früher möglich, je nach dem wann ich es schaffe auszuziehen, offizieller Vertragswechesel ist am 01.11.2021.
