i'm moving out of my room on July 1st and looking for someone who has the desire to move into our open and warm 4s WG.

Four great people live here – all between the middle and the end of 20, a colourful mix of study, work and creative projects. We like to share a coffee on the balcony, cook together or chat in the kitchen – everything can, nix must. It is important to us that we all live well together, communicate respectfully and honestly and have room for retreat. We are looking forward to someone who comes with an open heart and head and enjoys true WG life.

The room

The room is about 20 m2 and has a lot of space for living and well-being through the high bed. Below is enough space to work, read, make music or whatever is important to you. I made it really cozy here – with lots of wood, homemade furniture and a warm atmosphere. Maybe the style already fits you – or you make it completely new to your own little home.

Location

The location is really top: in the middle of Münster, in Steinfurter Straße. Supermarkets, cafes, ÖPNV, the university – everything is easily accessible on foot or by bike. More central is hardly possible!

ich ziehe zum 1. Juli aus meinem Zimmer aus und suche jemanden, der*die Lust hat, in unsere offene und herzliche 4er-WG einzuziehen.

Hier wohnen gerade vier tolle Menschen – alle zwischen Mitte und Ende 20 , eine bunte Mischung aus Studium, Arbeit und kreativen Projekten. Wir teilen gerne mal einen Kaffee auf dem Balkon, kochen zusammen oder quatschen abends in der Küche – alles kann, nix muss. Uns ist wichtig, dass wir alle gut miteinander leben, respektvoll und ehrlich kommunizieren und auch Raum für Rückzug haben. Wir freuen uns auf jemanden, der*die mit einem offenen Herz und Kopf einzieht und Lust auf echtes WG-Leben hat.

Zum Zimmer

Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 m² groß und hat durch das Hochbett echt viel Platz zum Wohnen und Wohlfühlen. Unten ist genug Raum zum Arbeiten, Lesen, Musik machen oder was auch immer dir wichtig ist. Ich habe es mir hier richtig gemütlich gemacht – mit viel Holz, selbstgebauten Möbeln und einer warmen Atmosphäre. Vielleicht passt der Stil schon zu dir – oder du machst es dir ganz neu zu deinem eigenen kleinen Zuhause.

Die Lage ist wirklich top: mitten in Münster, in der Steinfurter Straße. Supermärkte, Cafés, ÖPNV, die Uni – alles ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad easy erreichbar. Mehr zentral geht kaum!
