The bright, quiet room is south facing and offers a beautiful view of the green – perfect for learning or turning off. Due to the location on the ground floor it remains pleasantly cool in summer. The apartment is about 100 m2 and offers everything you need: a bathroom and a guest bathroom, a large living room with cozy couch, a well-equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, two large refrigerators with freezer), a washing machine, a bicycle cellar and a sunny balcony. A small manko is that the bathroom is unfortunately in need of renovation.
Das helle, ruhige Zimmer ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und bietet einen schönen Blick ins Grüne – perfekt zum Lernen oder Abschalten. Durch die Lage im Erdgeschoss bleibt es im Sommer angenehm kühl. Die Wohnung ist ca. 100 m² groß und bietet alles, was man braucht: Ein Bad und ein Gästebad, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher Couch, eine gut ausgestattete Küche (Herd, Mikrowelle, zwei große Kühlschränke mit Gefriertruhe), eine Waschmaschine, einen Fahrradkeller sowie einen sonnigen Balkon. Ein kleines Manko ist, dass das Badezimmer leider renovierungsbedürftig ist.
The apartment is located in the quiet, natural district in Mauritz-Ost. In the morning, you'll be awakened by a bird whip rather than by a street noise. By bike you are at the main station in about 10 minutes and in 15 minutes in the city centre. Two supermarkets, a beverage market and a baker are within walking distance. The connection to public transport is also very good – buses drive every 10 minutes to the city and university. The nearby channel and the fields invite you to walk, jogging or bathing.
Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen, naturnahen Stadtteil in Mauritz-Ost. Morgens wirst du hier eher vom Vogelgezwitscher als vom Straßenlärm geweckt. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in ca. 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Zwei Supermärkte, ein Getränkemarkt und ein Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist sehr gut – Busse fahren alle 10 Min in die Stadt und zur Uni. Der nahegelegene Kanal und die Felder laden zum Spazieren, Joggen oder Baden ein.
Your potential roommate is 27 years old, studying VWL, is open, tidy and uncomplicated. The WG atmosphere is relaxed – there is room for shared conversations, but also enough privacy. Common evenings on the sofa or spontaneous kitchen talks arise naturally. We are looking for someone who fits well and appreciates the WG life – without obligation, but with joy in sharing.
