Hello dear apartment seekers, as our roommate Carolina leaves the WG at the end of June and moves back to Portugal, we are looking for a:n new:n roommate:in for the time from the beginning of July.
We are Niklas and Markus. Niklas is 27 years old and studies education at the University of Münster. Markus is 35 and works as a teacher with the subjects of history and social sciences at a gymnasium in Hamm.
The room we have to forgive is rectangular, about 12 m2 large and pleasantly bright. In addition to the two other rooms of us and the hallway are also the well-equipped kitchen (oven, washing machine, etc.) and a modern bathroom with shower components of our apartment.
Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende, da unsere Mitbewohnerin Carolina die WG Ende Juni verlässt und zurück nach Portugal zieht, suchen wir für die Zeit ab Anfang Juli eine:n neue:n Mitbewohner:in.
Wir, das sind Niklas und Markus. Niklas ist 27 Jahre alt und studiert Erziehungswissenschaften an der Uni Münster. Markus ist 35 und arbeitet als Lehrer mit den Fächern Geschichte und Sozialwissenschaften an einem Gymnasium in Hamm.
Das Zimmer, das wir zu vergeben haben, ist rechteckig geschnitten, etwa 12 m² groß und angenehm hell. Neben den zwei anderen Zimmern von uns und dem Flur sind außerdem noch die gut ausgestattete Küche (Backofen, Waschmaschine, usw.) und ein modernes Badezimmer mit Dusche Bestandteile unserer Wohnung.
The apartment is located in a quiet location on the northeastern edge of the city; Nevertheless, it is only 10 minutes by bike to the centre. The nearest bus stop (line 4) is located directly in front of the house; opposite there is a bakery as well as a bicycle shop and the next supermarket is also only about 300 m far away. It is also only 3 minutes to the canal, which is well suited for bathing in summer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am nordöstlichen Rand der Stadt; trotzdem sind es mit dem Fahrrad nur 10 Minuten bis ins Zentrum. Die nächste Bushaltestelle (Linie 4) befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus; gegenüber gibt es eine Bäckerei sowie einen Fahrradladen und der nächste Supermarkt ist auch nur etwa 300 m weit entfernt. Außerdem sind es nur 3 Minuten bis zum Kanal, der sich im Sommer gut als Bademöglichkeit eignet.
Our WG life has always been very relaxed. When it comes, we sit in the kitchen in the evening and chat and also like to make a games or movie evening together. It would be great if the coexistence was so harmonious in the new WG composition.
As far as the organization is concerned, we have a cleaning plan with which we can manage well, which we would like to continue. All three roommates of the WG are main tenants and have their own co-contract.
Unser WG-Leben ist immer sehr entspannt gewesen. Wenn es sich ergibt, sitzen wir abends in der Küche und quatschen und machen auch gerne mal einen Spiele- oder Filmabend zusammen. Es wäre toll, wenn das Zusammenleben auch in der neuen WG-Zusammensetzung so harmonisch verläuft.
Was das Organisatorische angeht, haben wir einen Putzplan, mit dem wir gut zurecht kommen, den wir auch gerne so weiterführen würden. Alle drei Mitbewohner der WG sind jeweils Hauptmieter und haben einen eigenen Mitvertrag.
