How is the situation?

Rumphorst (behind the Kreuzviertel and in front of Corde): quieter neighborhood with families, canal for walking nearby and a campus bar as well as a mecces
- by bike and bus (line 6 & 8 drive almost in front of our front door, stop Sibeliusstraße) about 15 min from downtown
-walking to reach are a net, bakery as well as a pharmacy and if you need to buy more, the Coerde market with Rossmann, Edeka and Aldi is close

Wie ist die Lage?

-Stadtteil Rumphorst (hinter dem Kreuzviertel und vor Corde): ruhigeres Viertel mit Familien, Kanal zum Spazieren in der Nähe und eine Campus-Roestbar sowie ein Mecces
-mit dem Fahrrad und Bus (Linie 6 & 8 fahren quasi vor unserer Haustür, Haltestelle Sibeliusstraße) ca. 15 min von der Innenstadt entfernt
-fußläufig zu erreichen sind ein Netto, eine Bäckerei sowie eine Apotheke und wenn du mal mehr einkaufen musst, ist der Coerde-Markt mit Rossmann, Edeka und Aldi nahe

Who are we, is Toni?

Hi you,
we have been living in the apartment for exactly three years and for the purpose of our Bachelor, who have finished two of us and therefore leave Münster at the end of July. Toni stays in the WG and becomes your new solid roommate. Since two rooms become free, we can only give a few information about Toni, the other person you will get to know in the WG. Toni is 28 years old, comes native from the vicinity of Münster and has both friends and family, as well as her firm job as make-up artist at dm. It is usually on the leap, but when it is at home, it is a super thoughtful, quiet and overall simply pleasant roommate. You can talk to her about everything, speak out loud, what lies on your heart and be easy as you are. Since we are three current roommates next to us are friends, living together is very open and interested in each other, but retreat and a little distant life is of course also ok. Generally, however, we are rather team "open doors" instead of barricading in the room.

Wer sind wir, ist Toni?

Hi du,
wir leben seit genau drei Jahren in der Wohnung und das zum Zwecke unseres Bachelors, den zwei von uns nun beendet haben und daher Münster Ende Juli verlassen. Toni bleibt in der WG und wird deine neue feste Mitbewohnerin. Da zwei Zimmer frei werden, können wir nur ein paar Infos über Toni geben, die andere Person wirst du dann in der WG kennenlernen. Toni ist 28 Jahre alt, kommt gebürtig aus der Nähe von Münster und hat hier sowohl Freunde und Familie, als auch ihren festen Job als make-up Artist bei dm. Sie ist meistens auf dem Sprung, aber wenn sie zuhause ist, eine super rücksichtsvolle, leise und insgesamt einfach angenehme Mitbewohnerin. Man kann mit ihr über alles sprechen, alles laut aussprechen, was einem auf dem Herzen liegt und einfach sein, wie man ist. Da wir drei aktuellen Mitbewohnerinnen nebenher auch Freundinnen sind, gestaltet sich das Zusammenleben sehr offen und einander interessiert, aber Rückzug und insgesamt etwas distanziertes miteinander Leben ist natürlich auch ok. Generell sind wir aber eher Team "offene Türen", statt im Zimmer verbarrikadieren.

What profile are we looking for?

❗️Preparation: you study in 1.-3. FS and no Jura❗️
-you plan to stay about 2-3 years in Münster or the WG
-you are willing to become main tenants and take the appropriate responsibility (the landlords wish student main tenants, so the office must be reoccupied)
-you are neat, well-kept, look at your environment and go well with your fellow human beings as well as objects
-you are ready to suck the staircase every couple of months as a WG etc.
-you are ready to free as WG a part of the entrance of weeds

What does the apartment offer?

-Garden to the north side incl. Table and chairs shared with the neighboring family from the 1st OG
- washing machine as well as drying racks in the basement
- storeroom in the basement
-private parking if needed
-Equipped kitchen, only a new freestanding refrigerator must be brought or purchased
-Equipped bathroom
-Devil floor apartment in the 2nd floor with many (partly annoying but cozy) slopes

Information:

- the apartment will of course look different when 2 roommates are pulled out and accordingly certain furniture, decoration etc. were taken along.
- a refrigerator must be brought or purchased
- there is another parking space for a car, even if it is called at both rooms (total of 2 places, one occupied tons), but the road is not busy and you can park everywhere
- the neighbours in the EC and the 1st OG are young families with children (two and 5J)

Welches Profil suchen wir?

❗️Voraussetzung: du studierst im 1.-3. FS und kein Jura❗️
-du planst, etwa 2-3 Jahre in Münster bzw. der WG zu bleiben
-du bist bereit, Hauptmieter zu werden und die entsprechende Verantwortung zu übernehmen (die Vermieter wünschen studentische Hauptmieter, daher muss das Amt neu besetzt werden)
-du bist ordentlich, gepflegt, achtest auf dein Umfeld und gehst gut mit deinen Mitmenschen als auch Gegenständen um
-du bist bereit, als WG alle paar Monate das Treppenhaus zu saugen etc.
-du bist bereit, als WG einen Teil der Einfahrt von Unkraut zu befreien

Was bietet die Wohnung?

-Garten zur Nordseite inkl. Tisch und Stühlen, der mit der Nachbarsfamilie aus dem 1. OG geteilt wird
-Waschmaschine als auch Wäscheständer im Keller
-Stauraum im Keller
-privaten Parkplatz bei Bedarf
-ausgestattete Küche, nur ein neuer freistehender Kühlschrank muss mitgebracht oder angeschafft werden
-ausgestattetes Bad
-Dachgeschosswohnung im 2. OG mit vielen (teils nervigen, aber gemütlichen) Schrägen

Wissenswertes:

-die Wohnung wird bei deinem Umzug natürlich anders aussehen, wenn 2 Mitbewohner ausgezogen sind und dementsprechend gewisse Möbel, Deko etc. mitgenommen wurden
-ein Kühlschrank muss mitgebracht oder neu angeschafft werden
-es gibt einen weiteren Parkplatz für ein Auto, auch wenn es bei beiden Zimmer genannt ist (insgesamt 2 Plätze, einen besetzt Toni), aber die Straße ist wenig befahren und man kann überall parken
-die Nachbarn im EG und 1. OG sind junge Familien mit Kids (zw. 2 und 5J.)
