The apartment is located in a new building and has two large bright rooms, with a kitchen, hallway and bathroom. There is also a balcony. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (including induction stove and dishwasher) and also offers enough storage space. In the basement there is a bicycle garage and car parking spaces, which can be rented if necessary. In addition, on the floor there are shared washing machines etc.
The room is super bright as it has a window front with view to the quiet courtyard :).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Neubau und hat zwei große helle Zimmer, dazu eine Küche, Flur und Bad. Zusätzlich gibt es auch einen Balkon. Die Küche ist modern und voll ausgestattet (inkl. Induktionsherd und Spülmaschine) und bietet auch genug Stauraum. Im Keller gibt es eine Fahrradgarage und PKW-Stellplätze, die bei Bedarf angemietet werden können. Darüber hinaus finden sich auf der Etage gemeinschaftliche Waschmaschinen etc.
Das Zimmer ist super Hell da es eine Fenster Front hat mit Blick zum ruhigen Innenhof :).

Within 5 minutes you can cycle in the city centre or at the aasee.
In addition, everything is also great to reach by bus, as it runs off the front door.
Next door is an ice cream cafe, the cafe “red caffe”, a baker and a small supermarket.
The aasee and also the castle park are walking.
Die lage ist ein Träumchen, direkt hinter dem Schlosspark ,super nah am Aasee.
Innerhalb von 5 min ist man mit dem Fahrrad in der Innenstadt oder am Aasee.
Zudem ist alles auch super mit dem Bus zu erreichen da dieser dierkt vor der Haustür abfährt.
Nebenan ist eine Eiscafe, das Cafe „röstbar café“, ein Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt.
Der Aasee und auch der Schlosspark sind fußläufig.
You'd live with Gunnar. He is 23 years old and studies medicine in the 7th semester.
In his spare time he likes to do sports, preferably tennis, but also many other things,
like to meet with friends in Cafes or even if the university leaves enough time.
He is a very nice and helpful type :)
Cleanliness and dressing are of course an important topic for living together, which has always worked very well so far.
In the near future, however, he is also looking for something new which would mean that in the next time he has to move in.
Zusammenwohnen würdest du mit Gunnar. Er ist 23 Jahre alt und studiert im 7. Semester Medizin.
In seiner Freizeit macht er gerne Sport, am liebsten Tennis, aber auch vieles anderes,
trifft sich gerne mit Freunden in Cafes oder geht auch mal gerne feiern, sofern die Uni genug Zeit lässt.
Er ist ein total lieber und hilfsbereiter Typ :)
Sauberkeit und Ordung sind natürlich ein wichtiges Thema für das zusammen leben, was bis jetzt immer sehr gut geklappt hat.
Er ist gerade allerdings/ in nächster Zeit auch auf der Suche nach etwas neuem was bedeuten würde, dass in der nächsten Zeit noch werr neues einziehen müsse.

The house is generally super equipped, the master of the house, which is the contact person, takes care of everything.
The residential complex is generally well maintained and you can feel very comfortable and safe, the bicycle parking in front of the house is video-monitored so you don't have to worry about your bike.
For the rent of 517€ there are also about 35€ for internet and electricity :)
Es gibt eine Tiefgarage wo man sein Fahrrad abstellen kann, als auch sein Auto.
Einen Waschraum gibt es auch.
Das Haus ist generell super versorgt, der Hausmeister, welcher der Ansprechpartner ist, kümmert sich um alles.
Der Wohnkomplex wird generell sehr gut gepflegt und man kann sich sehr wohl und sicher fühlen, der Fahrradparkplatz vor dem Haus ist videoüberwacht, sodass du dir keine Sorgen um dein Rad machen musst.
Zu der Miete von 517€ kommen übrigens noch ca 35€ für Internet und Strom :)
