Hey liebe Suchende,
die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern,einer großen Küche mit Spülmaschine, Blick Richtung Innenhof. Wo es auch Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt und einer riesen Rasenfläche.
Sowie ein Badezimmer mit einer Dusche/Badewanne.
Zu der Wohnung gehört außderm ein Keller,wo sich die Waschmaschine befindet.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist 16qm groß und hat ein großes Fenster s.Foto.
Die Lage befindet sich im Südviertel. Das Zimmer befindet sich zur Straße hin,da es eine Nebenstraße ist,ist es dort sehr ruhig. Ein Südpark ist direkt um die Ecke. Die Hammerstraße ist ca. 5 zu Fuß erreichbar und dort sind viele Restaurants,Drogerien und Lebensmittel Geschäfte. Die Innenstadt ist 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
In meinen Augen eine super Lage.
Ich wohne mit einer Freundin zusammen, es ist also keine Zweck- WG.
Ich gehe ab Anfang September ins Ausland:)
Da meine Freundin sehr wahrscheinlich im Oktober nach kommt,könnte evtl eine Freundin mit dir einziehen :)
