Hello together,

my roommate is moving out at the end of May, and that's why I'm looking for a new landlord*in for our WG room in a multi-family house on Grevener Straße.
The room is about 17 m2 and costs a total of 450 € per month (with radio, electricity, internet). My roommate mostly takes his furniture – only the desk is expected to stay there. Mein Mitbewohner nimmt seine Möbel größtenteils mit – nur der Schreibtisch bleibt voraussichtlich da. Die WG liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig: Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur eine Minute entfernt. Die FH sowie die Ring-Mensa erreichst du in etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, zum Hauptbahnhof brauchst du ca. 20 Minuten. In der Nähe gibt es zwei Rewe-Märkte sowie ein FitX – also alles, was man braucht, ist schnell erreichbar.

Du würdest mit mir, Lutz (24), zusammenwohnen. Ich bin letztes Jahr nach Münster gezogen und studiere aktuell im dritten Semester BWL. In meiner Freizeit koche und backe ich gern oder mache Sport. Das WG-Leben ist bisher sehr entspannt, und ich wünsche mir eine offene, unkomplizierte Atmosphäre.
